Rent a Room for as little as £20 per day

At the moment, the Complementary Therapy Centre has three treatment rooms.  They are used by 3 therapists offering a range of treatments. Each room is currently used at different times throughout the week: however, we are always looking for other self employed therapists who may need a base part time.

The cost of room rental is currently £20 per day.  If therapists require more than one day, then rent can be altered accordingly.

Rent includes:
Use of room and treatment couch,
All utilities e.g. water, electricity and phone,
Internet access,
All bookings can be taken at reception when therapist is not in,
Any mail can be sorted if necessary

We currently offer:
Massage treatments,
Aromatherapy,
Indian head massage,
Reflexology,
Beauty,
Hypnotherapy.

Our therapy centre is a comfortable relaxing environment, with friendly staff in a professional atmosphere.  The centre is well located on the high street in Sunderland, very close to shopping centre.  It is centrally located near to vibrant hairdressers, cafés and large retail outlets, such as Marks and Spencer and JJB Sports.

Conditions

Therapists must provide:
Any other equipment required for their treatment,
Advertising literature,
Marketing materials,
Therapy insurance,
As self employed people they will be required to keep their own books and be responsible for tax returns etc.
